Be.Face attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and the data it collects in the context of carrying out activities for the socio-professional integration of vulnerable groups, activities in which its member companies and associative partners collaborate. Be.Face therefore ensures that it adopts and complies with the regulations in force regarding personal data.
The purpose of this document is to communicate what data may be collected by Be.Face, among others via the website www.beface.be, as well as the use that may be made of it by Be.Face and the rights you have over this data.
Be.Face gives itself the possibility of modifying this Personal Data Protection Charter at any time, according to the needs generated by its activities.
Be.Face will inform you of any modification by publishing the modified version of the Personal Data Protection Charter on its website.
2 - Responsible for the processing of personal data
The data is collected by the non-profit association Be.Face whose registered office is located at 34 Boulevard Simon Bolivar in 1000 Brussels and whose company number is 0829.979.510
3 - Who is protected by our personal data protection policy?
This charter only concerns personal data, as defined by law, transmitted by any person who has decided to participate in the socio-professional integration activities organized by Be.Face, and who, in this context, has communicated to Be.Face directly or indirectly, i.e. via a third party, their personal data.
We mean by third party, any association, university, high school, or company with which Be.Face is in contact within the framework of the pursuit of its activities, any representative of a company member of Be.Face, who would be brought to transmit personal data for the continuation of the socio-professional integration activities of the Be.Face association.
4 - Collection and use of personal data
What data?
Be.Face is brought to collect personal data by different circuits, data which will be different according to the activities pursued by these people with Be.Face.
This information may have been communicated to Be.Face via its website, by telephone, by e-mail to one of the mailboxes of Be.Face and its team, or by a paper document delivered directly or indirectly by a third party (third party as defined above) to one of the Be.Face team members.
Mentoring Bright Future and Sponsorship for Mentors
As part of the mentoring programs, very often the information relating to the mentors will be collected via the Be.Face website.
When you use our website, we offer you the opportunity to become a mentor as part of our Bright Future or Job Academy programs. When you make this choice, we ask you to provide us, via our website, with certain data that we will use to create a mentor profile. This collection is subject to obtaining your consent, failing which your request will not be recorded.
The purpose of this profile is to facilitate the search for a mentor for students in the Bright program or for job seekers in the Job Academy program.
The data collected are, among others: surname, first name, landline/mobile/professional/personal telephone number, name of the employer, position held and department, location of the office, academic history, information concerning the professional career, languages spoken, motivation to take part in the mentoring program, availability,…
The information collected is essential to ensure an adequate match between the mentor and the mentee. But they are also used for all corollary activities to mentoring such as: various communications, organization of training, meetings or events, follow-up of mentoring,?
When forming duos ?mentor + mentee? Be.Face only communicates to the mentee the surname and first name of his mentor, as well as the company where he works and his function.
Mentoring for students
As part of the Bright Future program, the majority of student information will be collected through the Be.Face website.
When you use our website, we offer you the opportunity to participate in our Bright Future program. When you make this choice, we ask you to provide us, via our website, with certain data that we will use to create a student profile. This collection is subject to obtaining your consent, failing which your request will not be recorded.
The purpose of this profile is to facilitate the search for a mentor who can best mentor each student.
Students are asked to provide us with a CV and to complete a registration form allowing us to collect the information needed to select a mentor. The data collected are among others: surname, first name, mobile phone number, name of the institution in which the student is registered, current academic year, academic history, spoken/written languages, motivation to take part to the mentoring program, availability, characteristics expected of a mentor,?
Students are also invited to participate in an interview conducted by members of the Be.Face team and representatives of Be.Face member companies. The purpose of these interviews is to confirm our understanding of the information obtained during the registration of the application to participate in the program or to collect missing information, to ensure that the applicants meet the criteria established to participate in the program, and that? they are motivated. At the end of the interview, the information collected will be noted on a document which will be used during the selection of the mentor and which will be kept in the student's file.

Mentoring for job seekers
As part of the mentoring program for job seekers, the majority of information will be collected via the Be.Face website or through associations in contact with job seekers.
When you use our website, we offer you the opportunity to participate in our mentoring program. When you make this choice, we ask you to provide us, via our website, with certain data that we will use to create a "job seeker" profile. This collection is subject to obtaining your consent, failing which your request will not be recorded.
The purpose of this profile is to facilitate the search for a mentor who can best mentor each of the candidates.
We ask job seekers to provide us with a CV. The data collected are among others: surname, first name, mobile phone number, academic history, professional history, spoken/written languages, ,?
Job seekers are also invited to participate in an interview conducted by members of the Be.Face team and representatives of Be.Face member companies. The purpose of these interviews is to complete the information obtained via the CV received, to ensure that the candidates meet the criteria established to participate in the program, and that they are motivated. 5 - Storage and security of personal data
In order to respect your privacy, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the mentoring and as long as you wish to participate in this program.
To guarantee optimal respect for your private life, Be.Face does its best by taking all appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data in order to protect them against any loss, accidental destruction, alteration and access unauthorized.
However, Be.Face does not control all the risks of intrusion by way of hacking or inherent to the operation and use of the Internet, and for which Be.Face cannot be held responsible.
The personal data transmitted to Be.Face is encoded and recorded on a secure online platform AIRTABLE. Any extractions in xls format. are saved in a partition / on a SharePoint, only accessible by members of the Be.Face team.
Personal data is kept for a period of 3 years after the end date of the support. They are then erased.
6 - Right of access, modification or rectification of personal data
This Personal Data Protection Charter has been drawn up in accordance with the legislation in force, which stipulates that you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data.
This right can be exercised at any time directly on the Be.Face website.
