MENTOR
Becoming a mentor means sharing your experience, opening doors, and actively contributing to a more inclusive professional world.
Joining our mentoring programme is about more than guiding a student or job seeker from a diverse background — it’s a human adventure rooted in trust, empathy, and authenticity.
As a mentor, you play a key role in helping your mentee overcome challenges, develop their skills, and gain confidence. Through inspiring exchanges, you’ll offer your experience, your insights, and your vision of the professional world.
But mentorship is a win-win experience: by opening yourself to diversity, you’ll learn just as much from your mentee. Every journey and every exchange becomes a source of mutual growth and inspiration.

Make a difference — join the mentoring programme and discover a unique and rewarding human experience.

I met a highly intelligent student, self-driven with ambitions to make a difference for others, yet uncertain about his future. Helping him find his path, I walk part of the journey beside him – an incredibly enriching experience.

You feel truly useful. I never had someone like this (a mentor) when I was in that position myself, and I now see how invaluable it is for students to learn from someone who already knows the professional world!
